We’re delighted to share a glimpse of the joyous Canada Day festivities that took place at Cherish Retirement Living! Our residents and staff came together for a day filled with laughter, music, and good cheer. Here’s a peek at our fun-filled agenda:

🥞 9:30 AM: Pancake Breakfast
Our day started with a delicious pancake breakfast complete with sausages, pancakes, and bacon. The perfect start to a day of celebration!

🍔 12:15 PM: BBQ Lunch
The grill was hot, and the food was plenty! We enjoyed a scrumptious BBQ lunch featuring hamburgers, hotdogs, slaw, chips, and more.

🍋 All Day: Refreshments in the Courtyard
Lemonade and iced tea were the day’s stars, keeping everyone refreshed as they soaked up the sun in our beautiful courtyard.

🎶 Afternoon: Canada Day Festivities
The afternoon was a blast with live music from the Encore Duo, games, and more. The courtyard was alive with the spirit of Canada Day!

🎸 Special Performance
A highlight of the day was an impromptu guitar performance by Cam Culham, son of our resident Ken Culham. His tunes added a special touch to our morning and left us all with smiles.
