Not even a snowstorm can keep our residents from getting exercise. We had 2 groups taking part in our Walk the Rock contest this past week. A complimentary lunch at Merridale Cider Farm is the prize for the top 3 participants. The goal is to walk the length of Vancouver Island in 4 months and the challenge is on. Our Wonderful Leisure Coordinator Andy is hands-on with our residents and takes an active role in participation.
