We had an amazing turnout for our recent exercise class—14 participants! One of our biggest groups yet! 🎉
It was a blast! We had epic sword fights (with pool noodles, of course 😉), stretched our way to touching our toes, and best of all—a couple of residents stood up without help for the first time in ages! 🥹👏
Moments like these remind us why staying active together is so important. Can’t wait for the next session!
