CCPR Park Residence GP Ltd, dba as Cherish at Central Park, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit cherishvictoria.ca or get in touch with us. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws.
1. Information We Collect
Contact information: your name, email address and phone number when you fill out our Book a Tour form, email us or call us.
What you tell us: any details you include in your form or message, such as questions about suites or booking a tour. Please don't send health information through the form or by email; we'll arrange a better way to discuss care needs.
Website information: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about how you use our site, such as pages visited, time on the site, device and browser type, and your general location (city or region).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange tours, keep records of our conversations with you and improve our website. We don't use it for any other purpose without your consent, unless the law requires it.
3. Cookies and Google Analytics
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser. Some are needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choices.
We also use Google Analytics, a service from Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics only runs if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. It collects information such as the pages you view and how you found us. It does not store your full IP address, and we don't use it to identify you personally.

4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run our website and business, such as Webflow (website hosting) and Google (analytics), and only as much as they need
- when required by law, such as a court order
- if Cherish is sold or merged, under an agreement that protects your information
5. Information Stored Outside Canada
Some of our service providers, including Webflow and Google, store data in the United States. Information stored there is subject to the laws of that country.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep enquiry records for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a resident. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after no more than 14 months. When we no longer need information, we delete it securely.
7. Keeping Your Information Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting access to staff who need it and using a secure (HTTPS) website. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
8. Your Rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Send your request to our Privacy Officer at the email below and we'll respond within 30 business days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
